Gourmet Cooking Class at the Kitchen Shoppe

Interested in learning how to make an amazing meal? Join APB at the Kitchen Shoppe in Carlisle PA where you can participate in a hands on cooking lesson with a professional chef! All trip participants will cook alongside a chef, learn a recipe, and get to eat their creations. Each participant will walk away with a copy of their recipe. The menu will include:

• Appetizer: Crab Portebella mushrooms
• Salad: Traditional Cesar with homemade croutons
• Soup: Champagne shrimp bisque
• Entree: Creole chicken spaghetti
• Side Dish: Sauteed red potatoes with garlic & herbs
• Dessert: Chocolate lava cakes with caramel sauce

NOTE: Transportation is not provided with this event.

Is experience required?

Not at all! Any skill level chef is permitted to attend!

Cancellation Policy: If you choose to no longer attend the event after purchasing the ticket(s), for said event, for any reason, no refunds will be provided. This is a strict policy.

Refunds for Canceled Events: We'll contact you and issue a refund automatically, including all fees. This may take up to 5 business days for initial contact, and 10 business days to issue all refunds.

Refunds for Rescheduled Events: If the event were to be rescheduled, we'll contact you with the new date and time ASAP. Can't make it? Refunds can be requested via apb@ship.edu, and must be submitted within 5 business days after notification is made of the new date and time. Requests will be attended to within 10 business days.
